Order Processing and Shipping

At 8bitdo, we process orders within 1-3 business days of placement. Following processing, shipping generally takes 7-12 business days, though delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, modify, or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to inventory shortages, pricing errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraud.

Payment Terms

All payments must be completed at checkout using the payment methods available on our website. By placing an order with 8bitdo, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that all payment details submitted are accurate and complete.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping address and selected shipping method, and the fees are clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. To begin a return, please email us at paulecew@gmail.com with your order details.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placing them. To request cancellation, please contact us promptly at paulecew@gmail.com.

After 24 hours, orders may have moved into processing or shipping stages and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
