At 8bitdo, we prepare your orders for shipment promptly. Typically, it takes us 2-4 business days to process an order after payment confirmation. Please be aware that processing may take longer during holidays, special sales events, or other busy periods.
Shipping Time and Delivery
After processing, standard shipping within the United States usually requires 7-15 business days to deliver your package. While we aim to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
For planning purposes, please allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive under exceptional conditions.
Shipping Fees

8bitdo accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return results from our error, such as defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Refunds are issued within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
